This is probably the best theory I have had in a long time. Doctor who's 60th anniversary is very close so this was my theory for the special. I think at the end of special one, the 14th Doctor is going to go to Donna Noble and her head is going to explode, just like 10 described.
Instead of her head exploding, she will regenerate. She still is 50% Timelord, she just doesn't remember it. When she regenerates, 14 will absorb all her regeneration energy and will regenerate into Ncuti Gatwa. By the time this happens it is special number two.
Why would they have a new special with a new Doctor? Well Russel T is refusing to show any footage of special two. Special Two may have a plot turning spoiler. Also, a shot in the trailer sees Ncuti Gatwa, still wearing David's tie and shirt, and Russel T also says the background of the shot is completely fake.
What's in the background then? Well, first Donna and her family shocked in their kitchen shocked that the Doctor had just regenerated. That would be it, but people are speculating Matt Smith could also be there. Well, yes but I think that's too far fetched.
So how is Tenant going to come back? The specials are all about his return. I don't thin we will see him as 14 for the rest of the special but he might play the Anti-Doctor or just 10. Seeing Ten in the special may open up a gateway for a true 60th team up. I am seeing 11, 12 return 50-70%. 13, possibly because she just played the Doctor a year ago. 9, maybe, after Big Finish he may have a different vie won returning.
