How Namor will get his powers

At the end of Ms Marvel, Bruno describes Kamala's power as a mutation. At the start of the series she didn't get her power until she put the bangle on. Similarly with another mutant, the Scarlet witch only unlocked her "true" power in Wanda-vision 11 years (Marvel Timeline) after her first appearance. My theory is that to be a mutant in the MCU you have to unlock your power somehow and in Wakanda Forever Namor will attack Wakanda and the world in search for his key to his mutant power.
