Ant-Man, Cassie, Kang and his guards march in front of MODOK, who we can see his flesh face in the background, that looks suspiciously close to a meshed up version of Darren Cross, he did uncontrollably shrink and grow, which may of over-sized his head and shrink him into the Quantum Realm at the end of first the film.
