Kang The Conqueror killed Thor?

In a new clip for Ant-Man Quantumania, Kang meets Scott Lang, and he tells him, "Are you the one with the Hammer by any chance?" Obviously referring to Thor, but why would he get confused with Ant-Man and Thor?

I believe Kang once conquered a Reality were Asgard is on Earth (Simulary to the What If Miles was Thor Comic) and he thought variant of Scott Lang was worthy of Mjolnir, so Kang is checking if 616 Scott is the variant of Scott Lang with the Hammer, so Kang could know how good Ant-Man could put up as fight.
