With the Mario Movie releasing this year, and it making a billion dollars, Nintendo has to step it up with another Mario game, but what would it be? Today we are talking about the next Mario Game!
I think it will release on the next Nintendo console which will probably release in 2025! Rumors are saying it is going to be a Nintendo Switch 2. I think it is going to be a console version of the Switch, similar to the Wii, but an 8k version. Although not portable, I hope this console still has the Joy cons.
Now the game, I hope this is no sequel to any recent Mario games. MarioKart 9, Mario Odyssey 2 and Mario Maker 3 are all games I don't see coming to the next Nintendo.
A new Mario game is going to possibly show the new features of the next console. For example, Wii Sports was to see the functions of the Wii and Mario Odyssey for the functions of the Nintendo Switch.
Now with the new console, to test out new features I think we will get a Mario game focused on world building. Mario Galaxy 3. The next Nintendo is due to have great graphics, and to show that off, a Mario game with beautiful surroundings for the Galaxy would be great.
A full open world, with all the planets, islands and galaxies (plus new ones) Mario Galaxy 3 will hopefully release in 2025.
