After the Eternals movie people are getting really angry at this film and calling it the worst Marvel movie because there're too many characters and because of the hate I don't think they are coming back for a sequel because half of them are gone or dead.

4. Vulture and Liz Allen.

In Spider-man Homecoming Peter Parker originally has a small relationship with Liz Allen who is revealed to be the Vulture's daughter. The question is where are they now?

3. Justin Hammer

After Iron Man 2 Stark competitor Justin Hammer was thrown into jail and only reappeared once in the short film "All hail the king" claiming to be best friends with Tony Stark.

2. The Scorpion

The Scorpion also appeared in Spider-Man Homecoming in the post-credit scene and hasn't appeared since. Has he just been waiting for Spider-Man in his basement?

1. Master Mordo 616

This last one combines all of the last reasons. Master Mordo (616) appeared in the original Doctor strange's end-credit scene and killed someone but hasn't appeared since (apart from 838 Mordo but that doesn't count) it would be fine if the movie came out last year but a whole 6 years have past and 9 years in the Marvel time line.
