What's on with the Spot?

Just recently we got the trailer 3 for SMAT SV and there wasn't much easter eggs to point out for a full breakdown, but there were some interesting shots with the Spot. If you didn't know, I think the Spot is going to be revealed as 2099.

Think, how would 2099 get multiverses tech? The Spot, although can not control his powers, can transform and rift between dimensional borders and barriers. We only see the dimensional barrier in the first film, but that was very tangled and they said if they kept passing the barriers they could die.

In the MCU, we have seen a trans dimensional barrier in the form of a Hex being created by Nexus being. We have only seen a few Nexus beings in the MCU, one being Kang. This is my new theory, Kang is responsible for Spider-War.

The stableness of going through barriers in the trailers for this film looks very safe. No-one in the Lobby and Spider-Society ever glitches, and the variants glitch quite a lot in the first film.

The only person who also goes through realities safely, is Kang. Now, back to the Spot. The Spot is not very good at using his powers in this film, then suddenly, he gets a power up, going through alternate dimensions and completely controlling his powers.

This might be to do with Kang, he has had a past of creating tech that travels through universes. Th Spot may of obtained some sort of upgrade through the film. There is a scene in the trailers where he has no Spots, and some where his body is one big black Spot.
