What will Ant-Man lose in Quantumania?

There has been a theory going round that Ant-man will lose something in his third film because in Iron-Man 3 Tony Stark lost his suits, in Captain America 3 Cap loses his shield, in Thor 3 he loses his Hammer and his eye, in Avengers 3 they lose 50% of everyone and in Spider-Man 3 Peter loses everyone. So the question is: What will Ant-Man lose?

I have three theories about this:

Theory 1: Pym Particles are lost. This film would be called Quantumania because they are stuck in the quantum realm and need cosmic entities like Kang the conqueror to get them out.

Theory 2: Scott will lose the victory. This theory is probably the most likely because we know Kang is the villain of this film and will appear in Loki 2 and Avengers 5.

Theory 5: Scott will lose access to the Quantum portal. To defeat the villain they must trap Kang in the Quantum realm to defeat him but they will lose access to their suits because if they shrink they will free Kang.
