Why I want DnD: Honour Among Thieves to fail

Don't get me wrong, I think Dnd: Honour among Thieves looks great, but if it doesn't fail, the DnD community will be in tears. The one thing about DnD is that you can change the rules make you own characters, movies and shows like Corridor Digitals amazing Dnd show.

If DnD: Honour succeeds, Hasbro will copyright Dnd, which will make it so nobody will be able to publish Dnd content unless it is a parody, review or discussion of the game or films.

I want it to fail so I can officially publish my Public Domain Dnd Board Game with Winnie the Pooh, Thor, Hercules, Tarzan and the Cheshire Cat.
