With the trailer for Kraven the Hunter, we learnt the movie will be rated R (18 UK) and on the cinecon panel we learnt the Rhino was going to be the main villain of the film. The Rhino is another character coming to the SPUMC (Sony Pictures Universe of Marvel Characters) and today we are going to be talking about it.
The Rhino isn’t usually depicted as a main villain, usually just an angry dude in a costume, serving the forces of bigger villains like the King Pin or the Green Goblin or the Big Man. He also usually is a normal criminal and the bigger villains give him the weapons, or the powers.
Him depicted as the big bad in this film, may mean that they might go in a different direction with this character. My guess is that Rhino is the CEO of a company that has a lot of power in the SPUMC.
He might be the head of a big weapons institute, or the captain of an FBI team. They will probably make Kraven angry, and then Kraven goes after The Rhino.
Possibly at the end of the film, Rhino will dawn a robotic Rhino suit.
I think, after his performance in Fast X, that Jason Mamoa would kill the role of Rhino. Other actors that could play Rhino are Nicolas Cage, Pedro Pascal and Giacano Esponcino. They could also get a smaller actor to play Rhino but Sony has casted Jared Leto as Morbius, so I think they are going with a big actor.
I also think they will be debuting their Peter Parker and Miles Morales Spider-Man in this film. We are seeing major hints at Spider-Man through the spiders in the trailer, and Miles Morales is confirmed to have a live action movie on the way. I fan-cast Charlie Rowe as Peter Parker (He was originally supposed to play MCU Spider-Man) and for Miles, I cast Chosen Jacobs.
