Marvel Universe Reboot? Why this is a bad idea.

It is rumoured that after Avengers: Secret Wars, we will get an all-new, all-different version of the MCU with the Mutants, Inhumans, Spider-Man and other properties that the MCU could of used. I don't think this will be a full reboot, but instead a minor reboot that adds things that Marvel never could have used.

I think we will see a Miles Morales in this new universe, and maybe the first project towards the X-Men or Mutants. We could also see new versions of old characters, like Tony Stark, Captain America or T'Challa. The only problem is, we would not have the original casting.

There is so many other stories that could be told in this MCU, and the MCU is the one of the only franchises that doesn't need a reboot. Transformers and the DCEU universe needed a reboot because of how complicated and bad they were, and at the moment, there is only a couple of problems and bad MCU movies, and it looks like they will be solved.

I don't think every major universe needs a reboot after a couple of problems, even the DCEU had some potential to continue with Zach Snyders films. We don't even know the quality of the new DCU movies, even the new Transformers movie isn't that good, just mid.

As much as I miss the old MCU characters, there is still some opportunity for the actors to return. Robert Downey Jr. could return as a AI Tony Stark and in the newest all new all different comics, Steve Rogers still is an old man, fighting as Captain America. Also, there are infinite realities that these characters could return in.
