In the decade that Flash has aired, there have been a lot of people who have obtained speedster powers and abilities, today, we will be ranking all the positive Speed Force characters, who intend to use there powers for good.

Barry Allen (DCEU)

There is no surprise that this version of Barry Allen is last, only appearing in a minute of the show, the actor, Ezra Miller has done many crimes. Also in the Justice League film, he just is annoying.

Impulse/Bart West-Allen (CW)

In last place is Impulse. Although only appearing in a small selection of episodes, I find Bart Allen extremely annoying, acting like a child. In the comics Bart is meant to be annoying because he developed his powers as a child, but casting an adult as Impulse makes him sound very stupid

Jesse Wells/Jesse Quick (CW)

I don't mind Jesse Wells as a speedster character, but making her a sidekick to Barry in a way, was way too early, as Barry still makes a lot of mistakes in his second season, if they introduced her later in Season 4 or 5 and Barry is her mentor, I would of found it better.

Iris West

Iris had her powers for an episode, and it wasn't the best.

Kaitlin Snow/Killer Frost (CW)

If you are confused, in one episode, to catch up to the Flash, she injects herself with the Velocity X. This gave her speed for a very limited time, so nothing special. I like the character, but this is the ranking where they use speed, so she doesn't talk much with the speed. Still better than Impulse.

XS/ Nora West-Allen (CW)

Nora was introduced in Season 5 and kept on coming up in other episodes. However, her character was very confusing, in some episodes, she tire stop not mess up the timeline, not even speaking to Iris about it, however in other episodes she completely screws up the timeline. At the end of Season 9, she looks into her younger self's eyes, which could have consequences.

Oliver Queen/The Flash (CW)

In the Elseworlds Crossover, Oliver Queen becomes The Flash in an alternate reality, and he's great! If he had to play the Flash, I wouldn't be surprised. Maybe I am just biased towards Arrow, but I didn't think he deserved to be further down the list because he was only in two episodes.

Wally West/ Kid Flash (CW)

Kid Flash in the Arrowverse is one of my favourite adaptations of Kid Flash, and I don't know why, but he has the same charm as the Young Justice Kid Flash. The y did a really good job introducing him, and his other appearances are great.

Jay Garrick/Flash (CW)

For some reason, they made John Wesley Ship Barry's Dad, Jay Garrick and returns to be 90's Flash, and it really works. Jay, although is the best one. he appears a lot more than I would expect and fits in as a Flash family episode just fine.

Barry Allen (CW)

Tell me why this version of Barry is not first. Grant played him for nine years, having so much development, good stories, why wouldn't Grant Gustin Flash be in any other position in this list? The face of this show shines in every single episode he appears in. They mastered this Barry Allen.
